Through one-on-one consulting we help contractors and homeowners in Southern California plan, design, and permit remodels, ADU’s, and additions of all sizes.

Our services include architectural design, interior design, space planning, and full construction drawing sets for permits. We assist in legalization of structures, zoning research, Title 24 coordination, and working with various city departments to obtain clearances and permit approvals.

Our goal is to increase property value, add functional space, and reduce project stress — from concept to permit approval.
